- The following conditions apply to all users of Classic-One.com
- Classic-One.com provides a service that brings together buyers and sellers
of vehicles and collectors items, free of commission on any trades.
- Classic-One.com retains the right to modify the terms of this agreement without
notice.
- In order to place an ad, the user must subscribe to Classic-One.com
- Once the ad is keyed, the ad validation and its immediate free display was activated.
- Once validated, the ad will be displayed on Classic-One.com for a period of
6 months.
- When the ad expires, the user will be notified by mail and will be able to
reactivate it for a new period of 6 months.
- Pictures inserted with the ads must not exceed 45 Ko per picture and must
be in .jpg or .gif format.
- Classic-One.com hosts any private or professional ad.
- Classic-One.com cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information
inserted by the users and does not guarantee the quality of the items proposed
by the latter.
- Classic-One.com retains the right not to publish or to remove, with no justification,
any ad not complying with the present agreement.
- The user is fully responsible for the information contained in his ad and
warrants that the content is in accordance with the law.
- The user agrees that the ads he places are appropriate for the website.
- Classic-One.com displays ads relative to vintage vehicles and collectible
items.
Is meant by "Collectible", any object whose nature presents an interest
related to its age, its rarity or its state of preservation.
- Automobiles / Cycles & Motorcycles categories
In order to comply with the above-mentioned criteria, only ads relating to vehicles
registered before 1980 will be displayed.
- The user gives right to Classic-One.com to use some of the information contained
in his ads (photos, descriptions, etc) in order to promote and develop the sites
activity.
- Classic-One.com is not liable in case of malfunction of the offered service.
